Selectcom Telecom is a fully Canadian-owned Virtual Network Operator (VNO) offering a wide range of integrated communications products and services. Services include long distance, post-paid calling card, cellular long distance, toll-free, local lines, HPBX, private lines, internet and data services. We are looking for dynamic, organized and motivated people who enjoy working in an ever changing and challenging environment. The Order Manager position involves initiating, managing and implementing products and services for new and existing customers.
Order Manager Responsibilities
Manage the delivery and installation of telecommunications services
Coordinate the installation of telecommunication services with the various carriers
Organize the integration or conversion of services with the clients
Submit detailed change notices and follow-up with clients
Manage client expectations and service
Desired Skills and Experience
2 years Order Manager experience or similar
Excellent English and French verbal and written communication skills
Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word and Google Workspace/li>
Experience in the Telecommunications industry is an asset
Order Management experience is an asset

Provide technical and non-technical support to our customers in a call center environment;
Interpret and understand customer requirements and offer solutions across our platforms;
Provide excellent customer service to both external customers and all company employees;
Support all data and wireless products.
Required technical knowledge:
Voice products and services;
IP voice and data products and services;
Incident reporting systems (ticket opening).
Skills sought:
Strong ability to diagnose and solve problems in order to apply appropriate solutions quickly and
efficiently;
Provide first class customer service both verbally and in writing;
Ability to adapt to different situations and contexts;
Strong ability to learn and share information with others;
Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision;
Good typing speed/computer skills;
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks at once;
